Has your house / car ever been broken into?

had a buick regal all decked out and modified. lived in a ritzy part of town where there were bmw's mercedes and soo on. thieves took my car and stripped it. never been the same since they stole that baby. :crap

my other cars/classics are put away under servaillance in an enclosed storage. :fkinaman

Last year I had a 2003 Maxima and I woke up to my husband asking me where my car was. I said, I left it in the driveway last night. He says it's gone so of course I had to get up and go look as if it was going to reappear. Sure enough, later that morning a man called asking me if I had had a car stolen recently when I said yeah last night sometime, he said well I found your insurance card inside of the frame that is across the street from my building here in East New York sure enough, the frame was found in East New York. My car was completely stripped to the bone and all my personal belongings were gone too.

This happened when I wasn't home. My wife was home alone with the kids and in the bedroom, when she noticed through the reflection in the mirror some people looking through the window right above her head. She freaked. She quickly grabbed the 45 and pointed it at them and they split like cucarachas when you turn on the lights.

It turns out thay they were trying to get in through the front of the house because they had loosened the porch light bulb and removed the screens off the windows. My guess was they were trying to see if the windows were opened.

I've also had my cars broken into and had the stereos removed, but that was a long time ago, back when I lived in the old neighborhood.
