I signed in... and I'm not allowed to do ANYTHING! Grr... it tells me I gotta become a member, but i AM!! :sosad

When you load up Internet Explorer, goto Help -> About Internet Explorer. On that lil' pop up window it'll say what version you're using.
 
Oh, so all you really have to do is goto Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy and pull that slider all the way down (Accept all Cookies) then click OK. Then you should have no problems logging into the site. But, remember, when you're done w/Monaco's site, put the slider back to whatever it was. This is just to block some crappy cookies that may track what sites you're going to etc... Good luck.
