I was in NYC yesterday made a trip out there for my job and I drove by Ground Zero and wow what a sad feeling I felt inside how so many Americans died from a freaken no good @$$ but anyway It's real nice how the city of New York has made it possible for a nice memorial. Just thaught I would share that with all of yous.

TO this day I still have not gone to ground zero.

im contemplating wether or not to visit it when i got to nyc in the new year like ive been to nyc before but not since
but i probably will 🙁

I live in NY and have yet to go to Ground Zero. After it happened, when the bus would come out of the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel, you could see through an opening, the one skeletal pice that remained and the smell in the air was one I will never forget. I almost feel like I experienced enough of it without having actually seen Ground Zero, yet at the same time Id like to go there before they build anything there. To this day, I still cant believe it happened.

Smooth no pappagallos no no no :blah HOLLAAAAAAA!!!!

I haven't gone back on my own so to speak. I've been over for the 6 month memorial they did in lights last year and on the one year anniversary, but that was because I was one of the EMT's over there and went with my job and also because I did loose family. I have yet to go to just reflect and be by myself. That just seems too much to deal with, even though it has been over a yr. I know eventually one of these days I will probably go for myself, just not sure when.
