They do have a dance music category..."Days Go By" by Dirty Vegas won this year.

While I do think Norah Jones deserved to win, I always think it's unfair when one person wins so many awards. It's good to give other people a chance too.

YUCK! that's not even a real dance song!..lol everytime I heard it I would see that retard in the mitsubishi commercial trying to pop!..LOL
 
LOL Naya...that's what bothers me about that category. They only recognize either well known artists like Cher or Kylie Minogue or they pick very "poppy" dance songs like I Gotta Get Thru This by Daniel Beddingfield. There are so many true dance songs that need to be recognized!!!!

Like I said, Grammys are Old School. Many Grammy Voters look at Norah Jones compared to Britney and X-Tina as have more class, and have a sound that appeals to a mature(35 and older)audience. It's the facts!! But hey, I love Norah Jones music. She, Michelle Branch, Vanessa Calton can show that they can make good music and look beautiful without dressing like skanks!!
 
PERSONALLY IT WAS REFRESHING TO SEE SO MUCH TALENT ON STAGE THIS YEAR...PEOPLE PLAYING INSTRUMENTS AND SINGING THEIR TUNES...I THOUGHT IT WAS QUITE ENTERTAINING ...I ALSO LIKED NORA JONES SONG AND YES IT WOULD BE COOL TO SEE THEM PRESENT A GRAMMY IN A DANCE CATEGORY INSTEAD OF HIGHLIGHTING IT LATER.
 
I have it. It's a must have. Norah Jones, Ashanti, John Mayer, Michelle Branch and Vanessa Calton and dance albums are to only CD's worth buying now!!

I hear you Naya, but give their people a lot of credit. They are making a shit load of money off that Mitsubishi commercial everytime it's played. Trust me Smoothie should know (Ching Ching !!)😀
