Ok....here's the story, I know it because this has been discussed on the board before.
The name "Giggles" was owned by the record company.
Giggles #1 recorded "Love Letter".
Another singer recorded the follow up single "Hot Spot"
I believe a third singer recorded the album and follow up singles "What Goes Around Comes Around" and "He Said, She Said"
As I understand it, there have been other vocalists performing the songs as "Giggles", and one person here once said there were as many as 8 different women working as "Giggles".
