In NYC handling my biz!!!!
When I lost my job, I started making gift baskets and by word of mouth here where I live, I sold a couple of them. I make all kinds of gift baskets from the regular birthday baskets, easter baskets, baby shower baskets, sports baskets (basketball, baseball, etc), to the exotic gift baskets for bachelor parties, bridal showers, etc. I really did the best with Easter this year. I use the traditional wicker baskets, to plastic buckets, drinking mugs, etc. I made alone $570. Not bad for me alone. I guess I did well because I create gift baskets to suit everyone financially. My prices ranged from $2.50-$27.00 🙂

My thing is that lately I've been thinking about a website advertising my gift baskets. But don't know exactly how to get started. Any suggestions? :rolleyes

Sweety you can start with a free aol hometown website homepage. 😀 If not...hire a website designer to make one for you. You know you can stumble into a huge business without you even realizing it! That's a skill and ability you have that not many can't do. :cool

WE are ok under went so much stress these past two weeks but getting through it thanks for asking mama 🙂

LOL........Liz you're too much! I rolled when I read this. Yes I am still unemployed, unless I can get regular orders on my baskets. 🙂
