There's mucus in my throat almost all the time. I tried gargling with warm salt water, and also tried drinking lots of water a day, but they don't seem to help much. I have problems singing high notes, and I sound raspy whenever there's mucus in my throat. And it's very very frustrating. I went to see the doctor. He said that I have a sensitive nose, which caused the mucus to be there. He gave me a nasal spray and asked me to spray into my nostrils twice a day. But, it doesn't help much either. And I don't eat lots of diary stuffs. And I want to sing..I really love singing. So what should I do now?
