i agree with mellow,anything Kay touches is always going to be great,but i'm still very upset about Angel leaving the group.he too is very talented,and it's sad to see them not together.i understand that there were many differences,but there always have been.what i don't understand is why now,after all the guys have been through why can't they stay together"TONY,KAYEL,ANGEL!"now thats TKA for me,thats the way it should be.don't fix what's not broke.don't get me wrong Tony and Kay with GL thats there move,and i support them i always have,but for me i just wish they would include Angel.:realsad
 
What troubles me about the whole TKA fiasco is Kayel had said to us that Angels heart was never in the album nor did he care for the music anymore YET a can recall a few years back Kayel had told us that Angel had been begging Kayel to re-unite the group.

Why would he not be interested after years of wanting to get the boys back together?

hey tony wassup my puertorican brother,im glad with the decision you guys made,but i have a few questions for you.will the groups name still remain tka,or will it be changed to tkg?last question,will tkg ever do salsa or R&B music,on the new album?or future albums?all of you guys are very talented and i think you guys need to do what is best for your business interest first,and then what is best for the fans.i respect everything you guys are representing.please let me know about the kind of music you guys will be doing.i just feel personally you guys would sound great doing all kinds of music.R&B salsa,pop.

1000% for it. Although we are so used to seeing TKA instead of TKG, but I'm sure all 4 of these talented fine as men will do the very best in what ever they choose to do.

I can't wait to hear what comes out of it. I also believe it will be on eof a kind, as everything these guys do, whether alone or together.

let me tell you that the guys are Extremely Excited
about this, even more so, now that they've created
some unbelievable music together! Sitting back with
them and listening to the tracks already done, you can
see the the Glow in their faces when they listen to
themselves, every note, every beat, every lyric, is a
moment of excitement for them! For those doubting
George(in tka), he is Oh Sooo Passionate about this,
and it shows! Regardless of what the negativity may be,
they can look past that, because they know what they've
got instore for you! So I would strongly encourage everyone,

yeah i hear that...i kind of felt bad for him...cause i remember hearing and reading that angel was the one always beggin to put tka back together...and it was angel who countinued to perform tka's music when tka was broken up...but then it was said that he didnt put effort in the music, i really was looking forward to hearing his side but that never happened...

anyway, what are u going to do...deeds are done, u know...its time to look forward to the future...i dont think that there is a better PERSON in the WORLD for tka to team up with!!! tkg is kind of corny, i wouldnt like that name...george lamond featuring tka or vice versa would be nice...
 
oh and one more thing...lets all stop talking caca about this...i think the caca talking killed the forever album...it had some limited potenital but i think people made up thier mind way in advance...i dont think good or bad talk about this venture will help at all...so lets just stand tight and wait for THE FULL AND FINAL PRODUCT!!!!

toni, the caca had little to do with the killing of the album. most of the reason is the musical choice that tka chose and to an extent lack of promotion (although the "Forever" album had alot more promotion/distribution success than the other "freestyle" albums today).
but what disappoints me most is that some artists think they have to leave freestyle in order for albums to sell. well that sure didn't help the TKA album to put alot of house, r&b, and pop on it. going to another genre is not an automatic savior, i hope tka and george lamond actually put some freestyle into the album. but i haven't heard it so i'll wait until it comes out before i decide to get it or not.
