They always pick on the women! Hate to see what happens when they're on their monthly and get all bloated. Is that considered weight gain?! :mad Perfect time to get fired so the women can use the monthly as having a bad attitude when she goes the fuk off on the boss.

Thats a ridiculous policy I saw it on the news this morning but didnt pay to much mind to it but I did see most of them girls were not very pretty so they shoudlnt even be worrying about weight.
 
That's unreal.

There's so much pressure on women in even today's job place and we not only have to be twice as smart... but evidently, twice as thin.
