How does this mix compare to a bad boy joe mix or a tim schommer mix. who mixed it? does it have any multi edits like power 96 djs eddie mix and dj laz used to do

It is mixed by Jammin Johnny Caride.
2 me, it's on par with bad boy joe's stuff.
tim schommer is the man though...lol
as for edits, u hear them at the beginning of some songs, as 1 song blends(mixes) into the next. the last one on the cd is a strictly edits "mini" mega mix. too bad it's not a full length edits mix.
btw, tonight,u can catch dj laz on the mundo2 channel show "the roof" from 8pm-10pm

ps- speaking of bad boy joe, his new cd "best of freestyle 4 megamix"
is out in stores next week. like his last release, it comes with a bonus cd of "next generation" freestyle music.

i have all those songs so many times on cds.
the mix has to be EXCELLENT for me to buy those songs again

u sound like me..i have so many cds, cassettes, 12" records of every freestyle song. the thing is , no matter how big my collection is, i still like to add and try different mixes from different djs(incl. lesser known ones). i like to compare and and i'm willing to take the chance on new purchases...lol besides, how many cds actually come out for purchase?
now i wouldn't want to recommend something , only for u not to like it and get mad at me(lol),so ... i will say that i like the mix. on a scale of 1 to 10, i'd give it an 8.
bottom line, i don't have any regrets having purchased it.

also, if u like tim schommer... check out this cd of his that was released back in jan '03? it's worth purchasing.

I Just Picked Up This Cd Last Night It's Pretty Good. I Like Teaz To Please That's The Main Reson Why I Bought This Cd Because I Don't Have That Song On Cd. It's A Pretty Good Cd But I Think Bad Boy Joe Is Far More Superior Than This Other Guy. Just My Opinion.
