Hi...i haven't visited this site in a long time, but after somebody just sent me this link, i can see why i don't..lol. And to be totally honest with you, its really sad.

People wonder why freestyle is in such bad shape. You wonder why freestyle sales are down, which in turn is the MOST defining reason for the fallout of freestyle.

Instead of sharing the song with everyone else, why not SUPPORT freestyle and BUY IT. Its being released very shortly. Did you ever think that if the sales are gonna suck, the record label won't ask for another freestyle song in the future, and thats 1 less NEW freestyle song you'll hear in the future ?? I understand the whole MP3 sharing thing. Other genre's can afford it, freestyle can't. Freestyle needs every sale it can get, to prove to the public that people still want to hear new freestyle. Try spending $5 and support the music you say you love.
 
I agree with John 100%. This downloading stuff has to stop. That is one of the reasons I will never do a freestyle song again. When I was shopping Amante's "Let's Get It On," someone put it up on one of the download sites, thus destroying any chance we had for a good record deal. If everyone had supported us and waited until it was released, sales would have been better and we would have done a follow-up. As a result of everyone's selfishness, we turned our backs and he will never be heard singing a freestyle song again. I've been visting this site less and less, but had to post in support of my good friend and long time supporter of my music, Mr. John Budz.

The bottom line comes down to availability.
I work the weekends for the largest Music Ent. company right now in Westchester County....Big Apple M & E. we have access to all kinds of music from old to new..we have promos that come in monthly..etc.
Heres the thing...I have heard so many good thigs about this song..that I wanted to include it in our dance current dance set when we do a party. you wouldn't believe how many 25-35 yrs olds are getting married & REQUEST Freestyle be played at the wedding rec. or party etc...
I have the option to PLAY music at these functions that no one has heard before..so when i can..i try to throw in a twist here & there...most times people come up & ask what the song is...if you toss in between a few popular known songs...THEY WILL ASK ..hey what was that song..?
so that my way of supporting not only freestyle..BUT many other songs we enever hear on the radio.
i apologize if i offended anyone w/ my request...I truly just wanted to get my hands on the song b/c i heard it was HOT & i can't find it anywhere...!

I had NO IDEA that was a new song coming out on CD...the club mix. I know about your version which is the one i want and there is no mention on when its coming out, no mention if its even CD or what not. (Chao$ had to tell me a few days ago that he heard its coming out at the end of the month on CD. Wish there was a specific date by the way)

I collect CDs and I dont have the Johnny Budz mix on MP3 and if I did, I will still buy the CD hands down. (Im not an MP3 collector nor downloader) But I surely understand how it can hurt sales. Ive spoken a few times about this at Freestyle Music forum threads. Once again I deeply apologize for this and it wont happen again. (First time I realize my wrong doing. Especially Im against MP3 file sharing for new songs lol) (Not against MP3 file sharing for OOP Freestyle, that I give like Santa Claus...you don't shoutout Old School Freestyle to the masses that love the power of music lol)

Well since im the one who said i had it to send im gonna respond to this too --- half of the songs that i download, i already have but its usually on a 12" which i cant put on a cd -- so i DL it and burn it -- the other reason i DL stuff is the fact that westcoast freestyle is almost IMPOSSIBLE to find on cd's here in ny -- when i go visit Texas, i come back with at least 20 cd's of shit you cant find over here--- and if its freestyle and its new , i buy it!! i dont DL it-- infact i just bought that "heaven" cd single that J budz mixed --- also -- i talked to lil suzy yesterday and told her i liked the song and she told me she did to but was really pissed about it cuz the record company that bought the song , has been sitting on it for soooooo long and wont release it, and she said she was trying to buy it back from them but she couldnt, so unless something has changed in the last 24hours or she hasnt been informed, then fomr what i heard, its not due out soon --- dont think im hating on all this... i LOVE freestyle an ALWAYSSSSSSSSSS spend my money on it, shit i never heard of the "heaven" song i just bought but i noticed it said BUDZ and MARANO on the back so i knew it had to be freestyle so i bought it -- i just think everyone has their opinions, and you cant change that

Michael your saying you spoke to Suzy & it's held up...

Funny thing is 1 way or another..someone should take a look at how bad people want this song...It only proves the point of how strong this community is...just keep pushing..!
