Friends
Friends of today are so hard to find
Friends so warm, so wonderful & kind.
Friends like you are in popular demand,
With a smile so warm that say’s you’ll understand
The world today would have a much better view,
If everyone had a friend like you.
What can be said from deep within, to express
Gratitude towards a special friend.
Maybe such words will never be found,
But remember you’ll always have this friend around
So many things can be said about a friend, for they
Will be there always through thick & thin.
You know our friendship I’ll always treasure,
Because it’s real beyond any measure.
So don’t ever forget all of thee above,
& as I close this poem I seal it with,
