freestyle video on myspace???

I wanted to put a freestyle video on myspace. Is such a thing possible? IF it is does anyone know how to do it or where i can get a video code?

i dont understand those things. I just know how to go to a video website that gives u the html for certain videos and paste it onto myspace. I was hoping that they had something like that for freestyle.

i got a video from there..didnt work...but do they really have freestyel videos there? i tried looking under a few but no luck
