Just got back from an awesome concert in Imperial, California. Featuring Timmy-T. Lisa Lisa and Stevie B. Timmy-T. pumped up the crowd with "Time After Time"followed by "What Will I Do" and as the crowd went wild Timmy ended with his all time #1 hit single "One More Try". Lisa Lisa rocked the stage opening with "I Wonder If I Take You Home" followed by several of her all time classic freestyle dance hits... She closed with "All Cried Out" and even gave the crowd a acappella version of the song. As Timmy-T. and Lisa Lisa had the crowd going crazy and up on thier feet dancing and singing along it was time for the 3rd and final act which was Stevie B. Stevie knocked out the crowd as he sang his all time 80's and 90's songs we all love........ I was fortunate enough to be the only one to video tape the show. Even though at first a security guard had told me to take a seat and I can't video tape.... but of course I just had to mention to him that Timmy-T. is my boyfriend and that he wants me to video tape the show. After that was said the security guard told me "Well if Timmy-T. wants you to video tape the show,well then you better video tape the show.".. Lucky me!!!!! Timmy also gave me the opportunity to meet Lisa Lisa one of my favorite singers I grew up hearing .... Lisa Lisa was a really kind and pleasant person to meet. She really has a great style, Timmy had introduced me to Stevie B. Last December which he too was a great pleasure to meet as I too grew up on his music also.What a wonderful bunch of people. Later as Timmy and I develop the film we will be posting some of the pictures up on his web-site. I think all in all the show was great and the Kings and Queen Trio Timmy-T. Lisa Lisa and Stevie B. were excellent as they really know how to put on a spectacular show. They made a great combination together. In close I hope to see the 3 perform together again soon not only because Timmy is my boyfriend but because they really are A-1 Classic Freestyle Artists that started it all......... Raquael 🙂
 
You guys who are going or just been to seeing show, I give alot of congratulations. It seems you all had fanstastic stories to tell and will be told. =)

:confused JACK G. Why is it that these 3 "legends" aren't put together to do a tour? Wouldn't it be nice? I swear they were a great combo..... That's just too bad they aren't recognized for all they did and do..... they deserve thier props....... Raquael 🙁
 
Krystal, It truly was an awesome show!!!! Timmy says "HI" back and to Thank-You again for those pictures you e-mailed him from the Baton Rouge show. Timmys always so busy doing some music or something else, but maybe when he actually gets some free time to sit down and relax he'll come on here and visit CF........ Raquael 🙂

I completely agree w/ you on that point. They've been and still are holdin' it down and should be getting way more props than they do!

damn, I've been a Freestyle fan for a loooooong and I never heard a song from Timmy T...aside from I think he's the one that sings that one song called "One More try" or something right, or is that Stevie B?!

Sha, How long exactly is a long time? According to your location you are in Miami,Florida. Didn't you ever listen to Power 96 radio? I know for a fact they played several of Timmy-T.'s songs including "Time After Time" & "What Will I Do" along with his #1 ballad "One More Try". He has played Hot Wheels & the water park in Miami along with several clubs. Yeah, I'll do that...like I said though, I just know his name from that one song "One More Try" I guess I've been missing out on a lot of his work or something. Anyway, sounds like you enjoyed that concert very much. Hopefully they'll visit Miami sometime in the near future 😉

I really don't think you can expect Sal B. to bring that kind of show together. Based upon the fact that I think Sal B. has his own particular line of artists that he likes to use. A few months back Sal was putting a show together and posted a lists of artists that he wanted to use. I had posted to him about using Timmy and to also let me and Timmy know about the show . He never replied back to me. I honestly do believe that Sal has his own personal favorites to choose from. Do you remember the vote for your King and Queen of Freestyle? Well Sal had a list of artists he had wanted us here on C. F. to choose from rather than to let us C. F. fans make our own choice. He had left out Stevie B. & Timmy-T. and several other artists. He had mentioned That Stevie B. was more pop then freestyle... These are facts you can go back & see for yourself. I feel it was quite unfair to the artist and to us fans here on Clubfreestyle. So if you'd like to see an awesome show like that one, I suggest you look for another promoter like Dance -Booking . www.dancebooking.com Good-Luck!!! Raquael 🙂
 
Just got the news a few days ago that Timmy T. and Stevie B. will perform again soon. I"ll be sure to put up more info about this concert A.S.A.P. Maybe as early as tomorrow after work!!!! Thanks Raquael🙂 😉
