Are you a freestyle music producer? If yes, what equipment do you use, and if you already have a song out, what did you use on it?

I like to use a Roland XV5080, and love it!, Korg Triton! Nice sounds! EMU ORBIT!--The bomb!, Roland JP8000!--Anolog anyone?

The resource for anyone interested in being a music producer or remix artist are REMIX MAGAZINE (www.remixmag.com) AND HOMERECORDING MAGAZINE (homerecordingmag.com. Also, the best software tools for anyone starting out or pro are from a company called Sonic Foundry with a great resource and showcase website at http:\\www.acidplanet.com . What are the differences between the Orbit and Orbit 3?

How much sound memory does it have? I like the new Roland SRX because they are packed with 64mB of sounds.

orbit 3 is real hot, has great sounds and drum kits for a great music coverage, tweakable sounds, clean and can add to a studio rather than offer run of the mill sounds...only thing is that they are havin problems w/ the os system and i'll wait till it's corrected, it's 32 part multi, expadable ramw/ emu sound cards...

What is the problematic operating system version so that I dont get it?

i dont believe there is a new release of the os, all i understand is that u ship it back to the factory for correction, so i am wating on v2, if they do it.
