Yo is there such thing a "The Freestyle Music Awards" ????? And if not, WHY DA HELL NOT!!!!!!!!!! it's like of all the music awards that are on TV, not one mentions freestyle....what's up with that?!
 
yeah and how come theres no puerto ricans on any sitcoms..where my people at??

CNN breaking news this just in freestyle is dead ...film at eleven..
 
Freestyle doesn't have the commerical pull for any awards on it's own. And when it was it was all over, the grammies didn't have a dance catagory for dance.
 
I have always dreamed of seeing a Freestyle Music Awards.

True some Freestyle artists were nominated for songs in the 'big' award shows back in da day, but if they can do the "TV Land Awards", the "Mix Tape Awards", & the "Dance Music Awards" during WMC week here in FL, then I can def see a Freestyle Music Awards ceremony taking place.

If I had the money, trust & beleive, it would be done, & it would be just as fancy as any otha award show. It is definately deserved.

I feel the way you do about that. I would do it too if I had the funds.
 
They used to have the New York Music Awards which was where a lot of freestyle artists were recognized.
 
Man that sux.....there should really be something about awards in the freestyle music industry! 🙁
 
actually thier used to be awards back in the day, held at the Beacon theatre, but not for too long.

and we have Puerto Ricans on sitcoms TAE! where you been? Lisa Lisa was on one....lol
 
There's a latino show called The George Lopez show...Tuesdays on Channel 7 ABC 8:30 pm. Check it out.

i know naya but
im talkin bout a show not appearences here and there..as crazy and funny and talented as we are im surprised we dont have at least one. the only time you really see us is when they need another drug dealer or on telemundo..intstead of the O.C the P R's..instead of friends..Boriquas...how many puerto ricans in new york? but how many you see as news reporters?? thats what i mean without going too far off topic
