How about they stop treating their customers like criminals? Ripping is legal, at least in the U.S.A. and I am sure it is in Canada as well. I have every right to make mp3's out of my CDs. But it looks like I will not be buying Freestyle Heaven 4 if the rumors are true about it not working in a PC. I will just download the tracks!

Hey Tarp, you can download the tracks but there are different versions on the comp that are on the net. Example that My remix on the net has a slowdown, where as the one on the compilation is a refined/mastered one.

It'll be hard to make the next one better cuz as of now thats one of the best songs ever and personally i like newer freestyle but not compared to the old. But lucky star is now one of my fave songs. Lol good luck!!!

Guyz itz been a while...since ive last posted good and this thread seems to be a perfect oppourtunity. Tony, we've had our differences in the past on a few of these boards but I must give you mad props for putting this comp out with the songs you've chosen. Danny...another PHAT mix ata boy Even Ralphie Z and Vicious V (East End Posse/Heppititis A to Z) think you were unconcious when you guyz did this one!!! My personal fav's on the disk are, "All Alone" by ZOE, the break beat on Lasgo's track "Something" and Elissa's "Who's Crying Now". On a personal note, this disk is getting me through a really tough break-up right now! I guess that's why I singled out those songs. Once again, Mad Props to!!! Tony, Danny D and the SPG Crew to another great comp.

Ok I have had the cd for just over a week and I keep loving it more everyday. Primadonna's Lucky Star amazing!
 
This cd has !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!in' amazing... I gotta say, this is the best freakin' freestyle heaven cd ever made... FINALLY TONY MONACO makes something to go insane over... WAY TO GO MONACO!!! keep up the crazy beats..

Double You's song is insane... It's up there now as being one of my favs
 
Ok Ive had the cd for a few weeks and still its all about Lucky Star. But Zoes song is good and anthony norris' song is amazing. Yeah I just discovered the anothony norris song a few days ago cuz i would always listen to the same 3 songs so i didnt know wut was on the whoel cd. lol

U know what... that cd is amazing, but its about time they put Anthony Norris in there. He is my favourite Freestyle artist. I got his Megamix cd w/ 8 tracks... EVERY SINGLE TRACK is amazing. NY City Beats is probably the best track... Great cd, you guys gotta grab it, put probably could only get it from germany....

Can someone tell me where they got their copy of Freestyle Heaven Vol 4, also looking for EuroMix 8. I didn't see them on Amazon and was hoping they would be there so I could get Johnny O's CD also. I am in NYC, if anyone can tell where to get any 1 of those CDs, I would be much grateful.
 
I just bought the CD a few days ago at HMV (downtown location @ 333 yonge). Best Freestyle Heaven yet... I will definitely be playing this one a lot.

The CD doesn't play on my computer's main CD-ROM drive, but I am able to get it to rip the tracks using my Ricoh CD burner and some special software for Linux called CDParanoia which "corrects" errors in CD-audio data as it rips it into .wav files. It is going slowly but surely, which means the CD not only has some invalid track data written into it (to confuse computers), but also probably has some error bits here and there in the audio data as well. Some "copy-protection".

see i look at it like at least its a really amazing cd so it was worth it, now if it sucked then you know... or if ionly wanted one or two songs and a friend has it. Like the Euromix 8 which is also copy protected i had all the songs on cd except derb and dj boozy woozy and i ended up having to buy the whole cd cuz i couldnt burn it off my friend,,,,,,,

the partymania cd was so good when it came out cuz it had remixes that were hard to find, plus those songs were either new or not released yet so yeah
