Hey,

I just bought Tony Monaco's Freestyle Heaven Vol. 4 and I gotta say I think its the best of the Freestyle Heaven compilations.A few of the freestyle bombs on it:Ceres--Open Ur Eyes, Sweet TB--Let me Fly, Rockelle--What u did to me, Primadona--Lucky Star (Remix) and it ends off with Stevie's Postman song. The cd is copy protected so it cant be listened to on pcs and some other types of cd players, but that the way things are i guess. Neways its an amazing cd so its worth it!!!

I think I'll get one too! and btw, it should go really well with euromix 8 which i already have 🙂
 
FH 4 is a really great cd!
I was a sceptic of freestyle at first to be honest. But great femal vocalist changed my mind.

freestyle heaven 4

the response over the first 2 days of release has been sick. Freestyle fans are truly hardcore. as long as great fans like you here on CF continue to buy the comps we will deliver top notch material. Thanks to everybody that has picked up freestyle heaven 4 and those that are heading out to pick one up. we hope to exceed the 5000 unit mark and judging by early reactions i think it's possible. we couldn't do without the frenzee show, TMR, and great people on CF.
 
Good CD, only downside is the protection, ruins my gaming experience as I can't rip the tracks to my PC, I've yet to try it on my XBox, it better work or I'll be pissed. 🙁
 
i just bought freestyle heaven 3 and i must say......it is really good!!!...im gonna have to go check out number 4!!!...im on a buyin frenzy lately...so hopefully ill find it!!!!

Ya Gina, but I'm not sure if they solved that issue on this current protection, they may have taken care of it. Plus the damn thing doesn't work in my XBox! GRRRRRR!
 
oh damn.. that really sucks then 🙁 i love listening to CDs in my PC... i do it all the time.
 
Yeah the Prima Donna remix is basically the reason why I bought that cd cuz its one of the best songs out now. Yeah Freestyle Heaven 3 is amazing too but to me this one is better but then again vol 3 has dimi. Neways Lucky Star is a bomb!
 
SPG really should update their website. It would be nice if they sold their latest CDs directly from their website.

If anyone at SPG is reading this, take note: copy protection is pointless. The tracks on the CD are mixed anyway. Who is gonna put them on WinMX or Gnutella in that form?

And in fact, those who wish to rip the tracks can simply find a way around the copy protection. I have not tried it yet, but I bet the CD would play and rip just fine on my Linux system.. I have to verify this however. And there is always the black marker trick, which may work. Really, there is no effective form of copy protection. If the music can be played, it can be ripped.

SPG might be shooting itself in the foot and losing business. I was in HMV listening to Euromix 8 and I was about to buy it. But then I noticed the copy protection warning. I listen to 50% of my music on my computer, and I didn't want to risk buying a CD that my computer would barf on. So I decided I'd just spend my hard-earned $$ on a different CD.
 
Ya, I also listen to my music on my PC over my stereo. I've got a better sound system on my PC than my stereo! This stupid protection is pissing me off, I guess I won't be buying anymore music if htey keep using this retarded protection. Figure a way to prevent ripping, not playback from the PC! 🙄
