It was Freida's year, so #1 has to be Dreaming of Tonite.
 
For the third year in a row a song written by Elissa was #1 on the Freestyle Frenzee. 99 it was Tamara - never let you go, in 2000 it was back to me and this year the honour goes to Freida with dreaming of tonight. Freida had a stellar year with 2 songs inside the top 10 and 3 inside the top 30. way to go Freida. Thanks to everybody who continues to support electro-freestyle in canada and around the world. i think the number one song should be by Christine Turner Lost in Love but that won't probally even be in the list, has the song even been played on the Freestyle Frenzy?
