Yo what's up Freestyle Party People. I put together cd mixxes. Right now I'm in the middle of another MASTERPIECE. I make mixxes for my people. On Side A, I put these songs on so far: VLA-I Gave My Heart, Nu-Image-Sounds Of Love, Ron Esco-Give Me Your Heart, Devan-Alone In The Night, Allure-On & On, Bethany-End Of The Game, Sebastian-Santa Li, Menage-Scars Of Love, 2 Bros. On The 4th Floor-Can't Help Myself, Dove-Debbie Gibson Cover (live in the studio), Synthia Figueroa-Touch Me, Johnny O-Runaway, Victoria Angeles-I'll Give You Everything, Kellee-My Love, Judy Torres-No Reason To Cry, Juian Vilante-Crying In The Dark, Robert M-How Much You Mean To Me, Pure Pleazure-When Will You Come Back, Daize-Misery, Naif-Can't Stop The Love, Alexander-Be Mine, Chase Forget Me Not, Passion Play-Baby, Can't you See, Eddie Vazz-Something Never Meant, Mystie-Sorry I Came Back, L.A.W.-One More Chance, Sweet Sensation-Never Let You Go, Troy Guy-Inside Your Love & finally Giani-Me & You. As far as Side A goes I just need to add a couple of drops & effects & it'll be through hopefully tonight or tomorrow. You can only fit so much in 30 minutes. I am going to be starting Side B this week, I'm going to put 3 local San Antonio artists on it: JEANNIE known for her 12" & cd hit single "Runaway", she will perform live on this mixx a song called "Freestyle Paradise" written exclusively for my mixx never to be released plus I'll throw in her future smash hit "Phantom Of My Heart" taken from her upcoming full-length cd to be released this spring. Also JOEL STEVENS-"I'll Survive" taken from his forthcoming debut cd. And finally, I will feature a new Freestyle Singer named KERILU who will perform live on my mixx, soon to have a couple of songs out this summer. Side B will also feature songs: Poetry-Don't Walk Away, Luis Damon-Should've Never Let You Go, Bernardo-Why Did You Quit On Me, Latyn Boyz-Tell Me How You're Feeling to name a few. What I wanted to know is what do you freestyle experts think of my mixx so far??? Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down??? PEACE
 
Looks good on paper but...We can't judge your mix until we hear it. I will say that You have way too many songs fit into a 30 minute mix and you should look into recording it as a CD (especially, if there is exclusive original material)...
 
I thought of that. It's that when I make a mixx I like to also put it on tape. Tapes are 60 minutes long, so if I do make a 74 minute mixx I will short the tape listeners 14 minutes. So I guess I can always put a bonus 14 minute throwdown on the cd. I should have this mixx done in like 2 weeks.
 
You can put two 30 minute mixes on a CD...You don't have to fill the CD up. People will still be interested in the product because you have chosen songs that a lot of poeple are looking for.
 
I have to agree with Rhoq, a 30 minute mix is great. Are you planning on using more than a minute of each song or do you plan to blend as one long medley?

Yo I already finished up that 30 minute mixx. I wish there was some way youse could hear it & let me know what youse think about it. I only wish that you had a chance to listen to "Freestyle Paradise". This one blows my last mixx away.

Seems i heard that some where before........
2 thirty mnute mixes are cool, its enough to make somebody want more but not some much they are going "dasmn is it over yet"
