I love the old school horror movies...I like Freddy...but I don't see myself interested enough to go out there and spend the $10 to watch this. :crap I guess it's because it's been talked about so much for so many years...that I lost all hope for it now.

i wan see it! jason never fazed me, but freddy scared the s#%t outta me when i was lil. i remeber in part 3 i was freaked out by how he had that dude walking like a puppet with his vein, and that freaky noise.oohhh.i was scared of puupets for a long time after that. that and the 2nd one where freddy came outta Jessie's body. lol:yoomg

I saw Freddy vs Jason on saturday! I enjoyed it!! I am definately a Freddy fan and it was good to see another movie with him. When I heard his music in the beginning of the credits I got a little excited! I have to buy the Nightmare on Elm st dvd set at some point. My favorite Freddy movies? The first 3 and the last (A New Nightmare) As for the new flick? I was rooting for Freddy the whole time!! I never really liked Jason. For years there really wasn't much of a reason for his killing. In the new film they add a depth to Jasons back story that was truly needed for the character. I always thought Jason was just this big strong lamely indistructable killing machine that didn't like people especially horny people. They never explained how a corpse like Jason could keep going and going with all the damage done to him.
Freddy on the other hand is basically a dream demon and we all know how Freddy has different abilities and was to me much more cooler than other horror characters. Over all I enjoyed Freddy vs Jason!! Who would I like to see of horror characters kill each other? Jason vs Michael Myers! They are basically the same thing. Both wear masks and are really strong unstoppable killers. Same crap different package.
