Whose to blame? Surely the convict...parents...but most importantly the horny young girls. :mad

They start off having sex at a drastic young age. On top of that...when you have a rebellious teen...consider it a loss of game. So many girls do chit behind their parents back. Parents always constantly has to be there and there and there...making sure their child is not doing anything odd.

the girls may not know any better some times the brain dont catch up with the body and most guys dont care where they get there needs filled usally all it takes is a pulse and thats where we have problems
a few times i had a few embarresing moments
was at a hot rod show at the coliseum one time about 15 yrs ago
saw this real smokin girl thought she was at least 20 next thing i hear is some lady asking if i liked her daughter and she told me she was only 15

the place may have been a local hang out and it may have had good ratings. when i was 12, i frequented a local roller rink in my town and it was the thing that was "in". It was so "in", i went there until i was 18! and there were plenty of horny 13 years olds in there (dont ask...I just KNOW!) and once their parents dropped them off, they were free to do whatever they wanted.

plus, some parents just dont care. When i was 18, I met some girl who said she was 16 (and believe you me....SHE LOOKED IT!) & I dated her for months. Her mom also let her spend many of nights at my home. Little did i know that she was actually "13"! but by then, it was too late.

Sorry Antonio, but I don't agree with the last part of that statement.

In my mind, that's like saying a woman who wears tight revealing clothes is at fault if she's raped, or a kid who rough-houses and wrestles with an adult is at fault if they get molested.

Young girls are learning to be adults, and they flirt with anyone. I've seen it happen. It's a behavior that is excused, because they are learning about how to behave and what is appropriate.

The men these girls flirt with are ADULTS and should have enough common sense and control to know that if the girls are under legal age, they are to be OFF LIMITS. These girls are not to blame, these stupid men who have the brains of animals are to blame.

Chuck, but sometimes a young girl whom is 14 that looks 17 or 18 will not bother to mention while she is flirting "hey, im underage!" Nor will the male stop to ask "how old are you?" it takes 2 to tango.

one girl i met when i was 21 said she was 18 until i spoke to her mother and found out she was 16. we went out for 5 years. 😉
 
ed, shame on you. this is not something to joke about. lol. i do however agree that some young gilrs lie about there age in that instance you can't really blame the guy if he honestly didn't know. now if he knows her true age & she's under 18 then he should get the max. punishment!!

Kenny's got a point......I've seen plenty of underage girls get into an adult club w/ a fake Id & they do NOT look underage at all.
