**I had to write this for my girl Maci cause I know she's down, and I just want her to realize how truly special she really is.**

You're beautiful, smart, funny -
an all around amazing person.
You have a heart of gold,
which matches your kick ass personality.
You've been there for me,
time and time again.
I know in you I have found a true friend,
our friendship means the world to me.
It rips my heart into shreds
to see you so upset,
and hear the tears you hold back in your voice.
I want to cry
so that you don't have to.
I wish I could take your pain away,
and make your hurting stop.
It angers me to know
there are those out there
who want to hurt you.
You do not deserve that treatment,
and in the end,
it will be their loss.
Keep your head held high,
and in time,
the pain will pass.
I know it's difficult right now,
