El capitan here's a news flash for you: First of all the very first recorded transmission of AIDS was between that of a STRAIGHT couple...Second, your information is SEVERLY outdated because HIV/AIDS is no longer the death sentence that it was 20, even 10 years ago...and Third, I can tell you a young boy who shot the theory about HIV/AIDS being a gay disease straight to hell. His name was Ryan White, and he contracted the disease through a simple blood transfusion when he was 13, if memory serves me correct.

And this is how you choose to honor your family member memory. Your blaming him for dying and no the disease. That's not very nice. You might not like the homesexuality but you define gay people by there sex and not by the person.
 
Excuse my ignorance... but shouldn't it be like the BI's that are contracting more STD's than gays or heteros? After all, they go both ways.. which gives 'em more of a possibility of contracting something. Just an observation.

Well, one would think that would be the case. In all actuality since AIDS hit the gay community first, they took it upon themselves since no one would to help educate. That would include the educating the gay, lesbians, tran-gendered, bi's and anything in betweem. They educated themselves then there family and freinds and so forth. People, don't remember that Ronald Reagan just sat and watch this disease hit hard. No funding for education on AIDS, no research. Gay people did what the could and they hit the streets with pamplets, pieces of papers, handed out condoms, showed people how to use them the right way. Change there sexual behavior habits. etc etc.

my friend and i were talkin about aids and he was like aids is god way of getting rid of gay people and im like thats definitly not true i talked some sense into that bitch ;/ ....he was really down his b/f broke up with him after 10 years so i made him feel better......the way he felt and stuff....ya know how that goes....and aids isnt caused by bisexuals ...aids is a disaesee ...better safe then sorry ;/

While your entitled to your opinion you need to cool it off. If you have a problem with gays then don't come into threads that deal with them. It's bad enough they have to deal with the ignorance out in the street , they dont have to come on the boards and deal with it. And as to that Adam and Eve, nobody knows what GOD greated. We were not there 🙂
