About a year ago, I was in Virgin Mega Store in NYC, and got their boxed set, three cds worth of 5 Star music.

Thank goodness someone remembers! I was beginning to feel I was the only one -lol🙁
 
I remember Five Star too!

What was VERY interesting is during that time while I was in college in Poughkeepsie (circa 1985), all of the African-American kids up there with the Jheri curls, wearing "Five Star" type sweaters! Which was interesting in that I didn't really see that "trend" down in NYC. I'm sure it was like that here but they were more into it upstate.
