You know Fer, its funny you say that about Latinos lookin' filipinos. You know one of my ex-roommates was born in Durango, and everyone was always asking him if he was a filipino.

By the way, we shar lots of history, we both have Indijena blood, we both lots our lands to the spainsh, we they took Mexicas to the Filipins, and like wise Filipinos to Mexico during "The Conquista".

Michele Diaz is or was a good freestyle singer- i once saw her perform at kennedy high school in fremont - allot a fillipinos where down with her stylo - too bad she doesn't put out more songs

Even tho Kai, Innerlude, One Voice (now Voice), and not to mention Pinay are R&B-oriented, most of the time, it's their Freestyle remixes that are more popular. Some of their Freestyle remixes of R&B songs are so good, that the R&B version sounds like some remix afterthought and the Freestyle version sounds like it should be the original version.
 
Yeah, we're all "Filipino Pride" now, but Latinos have always been involved in Freestyle. Much love and respect to ya.

I am also a song writer , and publish Freestyle Vibe news letter every quarterly . So I try to support freestyle in everyway. This is a part of my life and makes me happy, and Freestyle can relates to us in reality. ANGEL haev you met any other pinoy /pinay freestyle freak in this board???

yea theres a lotta young asians nowadays dat listen to it, but da majority (Not all) prefers the more west coast type freestyle. me on da other hand love da old school rare type stuff 😀
