I just saw a post where someone mentions the intro of Sweet Sensation's Sincerly yours as one their fav's(Spanish guitars start them off).I can think of a few other memorable intro's like the one for Endless nights by Cynthia or the most famous one like for let the music play.

Change On Me, Fantasy Girl, Endless Nights, Sincerly Yours, In Paradise, and Give Your Love To Me

My all time favorite intro would be "No Reason To Cry"... a nice long 100% freestyle into that keeps symetrically building & building... perfect for mixing in.

Sietz

If you are talking extended mixes, I always liked the long intros as well.

For singles, I like the single 45 version of Sweet Sensation's "Take it while it's hot" and their CD version of "One Good Man" along with Safire/Tony Moran's "Some things never change", "Goodbye" - Rosalinda and "I wanna work it out" - Debbie Deb.

For short intros, I always get chills upon hearing the beginning of Dreamboy/Dreamgirl!!! :listen

I liked the slow intros of Please Don't Go and Notice Me, but also love the intros to No Reason To Cry, Out of Control and My Heart Gets All the Breaks, not to mention the easily recognizable intro to Change on Me.

fantasy girl
crying over u the club mix
dream boy dream girl
thief of hearts
these are the ones that first popped into my head

Which one? I like all of them but my favorite is on the extended club mix. That reminds me of the into to fascinated by company b.I had a friend of mine listen to it and he took two mins to do it on his keyboard...hmmmm...

When it comes to slow intro one that quickly comes to mind is "its always you" by George Lamond.

If you can read my mind...if you can loook inside of my heart

The only one you see is..you you you...

Give me the second chance for love- Nayobe...

One way love- TKA...

Make Noize- Lissette Melendez/ Voices in the dark...

Now & Forever- Nyasia...

Don't you think it's time- Fascination...

/\/\..😛

More fav intros:

You are the one TKA
tears may fall(original)TKA
together forever Lisette Melendez
Maria(extended version) TKA

Funniest intro: Now and forerver (extended version) Nyasia

this version begins with the voice of and old guy saying "Im having a heart attaack"!This was taken ffrom a commercial that ran in the early 90's advertising an emergency reponse system In that same commercial there was a lady who fell down and said "I've fallen and I can't get up"!! Does anyone remember this commercial??

I was the one who mentioned that in another post. For starters this is a cool thread. I second Anthony's "Out of Control" that has one of the most ass kickin intro's ever. The best belongs to my favorite all time jam..the 11 minute CluB cut of CbanKs "Perfect".
Radio rarely plays club versions in their entirety since everything is time sensitive on the air.Take the club version of "No reason to Cry" . That intro is a fine example of what another ClubFreestyle member and I have discussed as having what made the OLD school sound what it was. Can you hear the playing of one sound followed by another, and then another and so on until you literally have a shitload of sounds playing simultaneously. The same holds true for Perfect ....Truely amazing!! Is that classic Garcia/Molina or what!!!!?? The list goes on and on. I'm sure many of you will post other great ones too. :dancingb
