lol, this may sound crazy coming from me, but, I HATE "Dirty Dancing"! My mother & sister watched it so much, I hate it now!
Just hearing the theme song makes me CRINGE!

Plus I kinda wanted to make a list of more "Urban" Latin/Black-type movies, & not so "Suburban".

Salsa- Cameo of Celia Cruz is awesome.

Breakin' & Breakin' 2- Ozone, Turbo, Kelly K, Electro Rock, "Oye chulo, bailas conmigo. C'mon".

Krush Groove- The Fever, Nayobe, images of the Bronx. How can you not love this flick.

Yes. They are all currently on DVD. My father find's them on the internet and he buys them for me 'cus he loves these flicks just as much as I do.

So def. look into it. Some of them go for under $15 and the quality is beyond real.

These are def. classics.

Definitely Breakin'! I love that movie and the soundtrack is awesome. I also love Footloose, Flashdance, and Salsa.

I was watching La Bamba the other night on cable...that is definitely one of my all time fave movies!
