Extra Extra this just in, one of our fav Freestyle artist has finally decided to transition from Freestyle to Salsa. Thats right you heard it here first. The name of the album (thats right full length) is entitled "Lagrimas De Sangre" and the first single off the album is called "Aunque Me Duela" which has already been played here in New York City on La Mega radio station. Some of you may recall that Corina "had the opportunity to do a Salsa album in 1989," she recalls fondly, "but she said no because at the time she held onto memories of her mother playing it really loud on Saturday mornings, waking her up and annoying her as she tried to sleep." All kidding aside, she adds, "The truth is, I wasnt going to do it just because I needed the money, and at the time, it would've been the only reason I would've done it." Now the opportunity came up again, but this time it was done for all the right reasons and I say it is about time. She even has some of Marc Anthony's musician's on the album. Que viva los Boriquas

Personally I feel corina should stick to singing english music thats where her voice sound the best.

It's a really nice video. I like the way she ends off the song at 4:53 with "HA!", I like the attitude. Corina looks good and it's nice to see a freestyle legend reinvent herself with something quality like this.
