Underneath your post count on the left, there are some buttons.

there is the "CF" symbol which shows whether or not you are on line. Next to it is a box with a check mark and "X" in it.

You click on that, choose whether you "approve" or "disapprove" and leave a commment.

To check your "reputation", you click on "User CP" and on the screen will be the comments that people have left you.
