i'm tired of people thinking euro freestyle is the shit...it sounds like shit and its a discrace to freestyle music.its not heart throb...im sure i speak for ALL others... that the euro sound is not REAL freestyle.and johnny o's new music...oh my god...what the hell is that all about.i think he's capeable of alot better and it's below his class to sing to such beats as euro freestyle.....there is no way you can put such words with a fast ass wack trance beat!!!!
 
Maybe some people like it. Just because you don't dosent mean
you should trash it and make the people who Do like it feel
less then you.... These kind of comments do no good on this forum.
 
hmmmm well euro freestyle is a lot more popular here in canada then american freestyle...europe is a lot further away from us that the US is so it kinda makes u wonder
 
Jack actually I am somewhat glad to see latinstyle's post remain here although it is somewhat "strong". I myself feel the need to speak the same at times but refrain from doing so due to the rules here.
As for European freestyle I think it could be better with a few exceptions such as "Johnny O's "take me through the night (which to me is not true freestyle) and "I'm so in Love" ...this jam kicks ass!!.
There are others as well.
 
latinstyle, im tired of u hatin on "eurofreestyle". who calls it that anyway? besides u cant expect an electronic genre from the 80s not to evolve into something different after maybe 20 years. "real freestyle"? if you think this is weird, some people here last year considered madonna's "die another day" a freestyle song. i know that song is not remotely freestyle for most of us but that's the sort of wackiness u have to get used to here.
also u should just mind your own business and stick with your american freestyle that u guys have and enjoy instead of poking your nose up here and hating on the style we've come up with. u don't see us hating on any american freestyle songs we don't like, i'm sure some of us have our picks but we're not complaining like you are because that's not cool.
 
Just like every type of music has its different types so does freestyle (think east coast vs west coast sounding rap, it's all rap just sounds dif). The European freestyle is very very popular in different parts of the world. Although freestyle may have its roots in America, New York to be exact, the fact there are different types of it (Canadian, European, Miami, Etc...) shows that it has expanded beyond its limits and this means more follwers and more fans which will contribute to more artists, more songs, more compilation and more events. Freestyle is being released fairly regularly up here in Canada and new artists are always emerging. Our sound is different than the American freestyle, but when you look at the big picture FREESTYLE IS FREESTYLE!
 
latinfreestyle.. ur a sad individual.. i can't believe u sat there and made another thread about absolutely same topic :rolleyes... well if it makes u sleep any better here we are again... and i gotta say that euro-freestyle is better in my eyes and to my ears than american-style... so whatever, i can find so many flaws in american freestyle, but i won't do that.. the facts speak for themselves 😉

I guess latinfreestyle had a lot of haterade lately. Look, whatever freestyle it is doesn't matter. Whatever freestyle you happen to like or favor doesn't matter. It has grown over the years and it's going to evolve. Some people like this style over others and that's fine. We all know where Freestyle has it's roots. We're all witnesses of how Freestyle has become. And I say is keep on moving forward. Just enjoy your Freestyle whatever style it happens to be. Just keep Freestyle alive.
