Has anyone heard the new Eminem track........ I am not big on the whole hiphop scene but it seems that hiphop artists are incorporating older freestyle elements in their songs........this song is 120 bpms and the MUSIC is very freestyle sounding..............similar can be said about the Ciara song 1,2 step.....that has already been mentioned on this site........it has a backbeat like kraftworks song numbers................

maybe if freestyle artists are gonna abandon the sound, then maybe rap artists can resurect it.........just wish show of them could sing instead of rap

i never heard that song but i heard a cheesy rnb remake of lisa lisa and cult jams song all cried out on the radio on sunday nite.

I didn't hear it yet, but I'm going to look into it, how about that new track by Artist: PITBULL, (Don't stop the roc) This is a sample from the Group Freestyle "Don't stop the rock". :yeey When I first heard it , I was like damn, I think breakbeat/freestyle sounds are coming back slowly, its going to be the "2?" anniversary of freestyle soon, and like Randy Galaxy said, the beats are getting faster, but that doesn't neccesarily means that freestyle will make its comeback, but who knows??? Anything is possible! how trippy :spliff

I like a few songs on the Pitbull album, and I was surprised that it was the way it was. I know he said that he was inspired and influenced, and heavily educated by the artist Luke, but did not expect it to show so much on his album. Only if so so def bass allstars had some of those songs... and Eminem's new song, I think it's the worst song he's made to be mainstream (meaning that the chorus is too cheesy), but I love how the song was designed and arranged, and it will be my favorite song to mix because I know what I could easily do in clubs now with that, Missy, and Beyonce, Usher...etc.

~ The name Dj Shymann has changed ~

Only a few (i can count them with one hand) songs on that cd were good. He has some songs that have blown my mind. I expected so much from the album and was very much disappointed when i heard it. I aint hatin or nothin. but its tru.what makes me laugh... after he came out with this album so many ppl from miami started claimin 305 and that they chikos and chikas....LoL. (for those that dont know... they started reppin miami to da "fullest").

But n e whoo

As for eminem... i saw the video... HILARIOUS SHIT! had to be him... but like always very cheesy.

There are alot of songs that have freestyle influences. look at nina sky's "move your body girl"
