Naturally, i'm a thin/lean/athletic.
I mean, I'm skinny, but have my six pack, & my body is toned.
Like my Abuelo (Grandfather), we are the types that eat like pigs, & never gain weight because of our fast metabolism. (Unlike my siblings who are like my dad, & go from chubby to skinny every other month).
Nick/sarcastic names I get from family & friends: Flaco, Grabage Disposal, Bottomless Pit, Lombrize' (LMAO!), Skeletor, & the list goes on.
But I went to the doctor's the otha day, & they told me my cholesterol was a bit high. I was like - huh?
Therefore I was told I needed to change the way I eat. (Grrr!)
But I can't do that! It's hard!!!
I love my steak, chuletta's (porkchops), cheese, soda, fried chicken, pizza, lasagna, icecream, eggs, mayo, & my greasy LAY's potato chips (Ugh! - I can't stand Pringles! Those aint potato chips to me!)
But I also like my healthy stuff & veggies too. I gotta have both.
When I told my mom I wasn't gonna change my eating habits, she got mad & said: "PUES JODETE'!" - (LMAO!)
I mean, you know when you wake up hungry in the middle of the night? Well, i'm the type that somteimes be bustin' out making chuletta's with white rice at 3am. It's like, ...what I crave - I have to have. A bowl of cereal won't do.
Imma be like Archie on 'All In The Family': "Forget it! Let my blood explode all ova da walls, ceiling, & da floor!" - LOL!
