Okay... I heard this song 2 years ago on the radio. It's a spanish freestyle song and I can't really understand the chorus part...but a guy sings it and it sounds like he's saying
"lady laura" and he says it over like...."lady laura lady lady lauraaaaa , lady laura lady lady lauraaaaaa.lady ladyyyyy ladyyyyy lauraaaaaaaaa"

I took spanish for 5yrs and I guess if he really is saying that part in spanish I flunk the test, because it sounds like Lady Laura. Anyway, if anyone knows who sings it and what it is i'd appreciate it. PEACE!

Ty, I could be wrong or right... it could be one of two tracks

(a) Lady Laura by Raulin Rosendo (salsa)
or
(b) Lady Laura by Banda Loca (merengue)

Unfortunaly they are not freestyle, but it sure contain the chorus you were talking about.

"LADY LAURA" by Manny

You can find it on the 1997 Eastcoast Records/Hot Productions compilation FREESTYLE DANCE PLANET, VOL. 1

Just a curiosity about this song: Did you guys know that this song is a remake? Yes, It's an old, old song (1978), sung by Roberto Carlos, a brazilian singer who is also very known in the latin market (your parents probably know him cause he has released several spanish albums).

The original song talks about his relation with his mother. Yes, the original Lady Laura is his mother, not a girlfriend.

Ray Connif recorded this song as well 😀
