Does anyone know how to make a Macromedia Shockwave Flash Song ?

Or is there any place where i can learn to do these interesting stuff myself????

Webmonkey.com offers a pretty good flash tutorial which teaches the basics and some advanced stuff like adding an mp3 to your movie and how to control it.
