Anyone here personally knows Charlie Babie? If so do you know how I can contact him? I need to speak to him about how awesome he is when he was singing. 🙂

no but I think I might have met him at Arthur Baker's Shakedown studio in '89 when I apprenticed there........ way too long ago so I can't recall.....

i saw him a few months ago enigs at a show. i have bumped into him a few times over the years but hardly close to him. i do, however, know several peeps who are tight with him....i'll see if i can get a hook up for you for an interview!!

Thanks for the Contact...well my boootay is in New York. :crap What a shame then. But I guess he has moved on...how can he not be proud? He put feeling and emotions into those songs...that helped him get recognized and to be spotted by fans.

It's kinda absurd if you think about it. :crap Actually I will tell him to stop smoking the crack pipe and get back to Freestyle!

banginfreestyle is right,,i talked to him a few weeks ago and hes doing alot of big things with artist like kelly rowland,from DC,
hes does alot of remixing for top line artist ,hes a real nice guy,anytime i have questions when it comes to gear about the equipment i use,he always has a answer,,,as far as the old freestyle stuff, i dont knowhow he would react,i think alot of stuff happen here in chicago when freestyle was big that left alot of people with a bad taste in there mouth, whats up mario,,
