Do u really want freestyle to make a comeback? If u seriously do
this is it ..Ok Now this is the REALLLLL!! fellow lovers of freestyle
I see all these threads on Kayel ,TKa,JohnyO..how u want these ledgends that i respect and will always rember and love they created the freestyle lover iam today even though my vision been blurred 4 awhile now..and belifs were queestioned in this music when i see everyone not respectin how great this genre is

I see how u want them to be the great hope of bringing this music back 4 us ..as we see it drowning and losing well this the real they are making it worse they dont want to do freestyle anymore they wanna release albums with music that more up too date U know grow with the times so they can be part of todays pop culture i dont blame them they wanna eat make living

Ok cool then when i see threads we should change the sound of
freestyle with differnt elements such as hip hop ,rnb ,house tempo changes ..truthfully WHY THE HELL SHOULD WE 4 reals
heres what i see u wanna change the sound so u will be accepted by todays standards and make it big but u know 2 much of the same thing fades out that sound im sick of how many songs sound alike it ricdiclous but thats your choice as an
indivdual and artists u wanna take that chance cool

U have fans that wanna support you no matter what kind of music u do thats great those are great fans..BUT this is FREESTYLE and people love this music till gods end and
and this fanbase should be kept and should remain the same
and not have them want to change what is so great AS IS
i see some damge already now i see our freestlyle fans changing cause our ledgends decided it dont work it not worth it to keep living in the past ..I dont blame them like i said before they need to eat..they wanna good living somthing that freestyle provided once for them but gives nothing now with exceptions

Of a few cause they still gett booked for nostalgic reasons we know this.. by there fans that grew up listening to them im one that at most of them shows im a die hard there are new ones too
because our ledgends did put it down no question and great song is attracts new fans to the fold we have some here on cf
and that great u turning new people on to our music hell yeh
but now what about our new crop of fans old and new young and old and the same artists our founders that brought em in is sayin time to move on what about the people still lovin this music
who we gonna turn too look too to keep this music banging till we reach the top again hmmm..Dam im running outta space ok have contuie on another thread part 1

now the fans see like there no hope cause they think it will take them to bring back this music..In way yes without a doubt but now how u think ..Our ledgends wanna move on branch out to other music fine they gotta do what they have to do if they feel nessary to do so..many have become succesful GL ,Marc anthony and so many more but we know this ..But if u do move pioneers .,ledgends who ever gettin booked still 4 reals U need introduce your fan base to the New Generation of Future Ledgends New Artists!!!.. da new school not the style.. Imporant ..New artists do new school sounding tracks and old school sounding tracks there hasnt been clear so the there somthing for everyone!!!! THEY WILL GLADLY take on the responsibilty
of Bringing BACK OUR MUSIC there fresh and new and belive in this Music and like it the way it was and is no need for Change With Them ..the hunger for oppurtunity and to create there own fanbase is un describable and what they live for !!! they want freestyle fans like once did our ledgends have that kept our music on top ..Ive known new artists trying to do this 4 many many years for the love of it and undying devotion from there peers ..I say ledgends if u dont want it anymore thats fine
MAKE IT YOUR BIZNESS TO SPREAD THERE DEVOTION TO THIS MUSIC AND OUR FANS BOOK THEM WITH SHOWS U GET
INTRODUCE THEM TO YOUR FANZ LET THEM BE FAMILAIR WITH THEM AS MUCH AS THEY ARE WITH U..youll start a trickle
affect and the same fans old or new will start to see them as the
new carriers of freestyle..Then u can move on and do other forms of music u want DONT CHANGE FREESTYLE THERE ARE ENOUGH ARTISTS THAT CAN AND WILL BRING IT BACK there passion is stronger than ever we need this!!!!!
u want elements of house ,hip hop .whatever fine ..u be one those artists a house artist ,rnb artist ,hiphop artist and generate
a fanbase it should be easy cause it a part of pop culture !!!
BUT A FREESTYLE FAN AS MANY THAT LOVE IT IS STILL A DYING BREED NO NEED TO TAKE THEM CAUSE THERE ARE DOZENS OF ARTISTS THAT WILL BUST THERE ASS FOR THEM AND THEN FREESTYLE MAKE A COME BACK NO NEED FOR CHANGE NEEDED THERE HUNGRY ,DRIVEN ,BALLZY

I would rather that Freestyle as we knew it be left alone than hear some whack-assed songs, reminding us why it got a bad rep. But again, I lay most of the blame with the radio stations, because there are so many new school songs that i have, and given the proper airplay, they could revitalize Freestyle with such a motherf#$&%&# vengeance!! For several years, the final hour of Freestyle block was usually devoted to new school...but KTU dropped the ball by cutting it back to 2 hours, and to be honest, I don't listen as much as I used to, cuz what's the point....all the songs they play, I have. If it wasn't for the fact that Judy Torres was hosting the show, I would not listen at all, and I can't help but wonder if this is the beginning of KTU turning it's back on freestyle

I totally agree with you Brklyn345.. When I think of Freestyle I think of the days when I was growing up and trying to figure out who I was.. And at that time it helped and it was great to see and listen to so many Latinos come together (not that they were the only ones).. It was a great time for me.. However, like you said I would hate to listen to some idiot trying to imitate what was once so great.. Its almost like listening to a horrible remake of your favorite song 🙂 I strongly believe that freestyle gave many of its artists the opportunity to venture forth on many levels whether its into Spanish music, Television, Movies, radio or Broadway..Anyway, now that I have rambled on and on.. I'm sure glad i have my Cds 🙂
