update on DJ Battle

Heres an update:
StylinFree/Metropolitian Records is sponsoring the first DJ Battle brought to you by M.A.D. Ent. and ClubFreestyle.com
There will be a case of 25 records next to a set on stage at Club International.
The case will be filled with 25 Divas of Freestyle perviously release on Metropolitian. Each DJ will have 20 minutes spinning(depending on the amount of DJs who battle), taking over from where the last DJ left off.
If you are interested in joining, all you have to do is email me at madmobiledjs@hotmail.com.
The crowd chooses the winner(have your friends email JackG@clubfreestlye.com for special reduced admission, so they can cheer you on!!)
The winner will be considered to remix upcoming releases such as "Metropolitian's Ladies of Freestyle vol.1,2,and 3" soon to be released on StylinFree/Metropolitian records along with other goodies, such as the case of records valued at over $125 and a gift cert. to Lil Suzy's Pretty Hands & Feet Nail Salon 😉 in Statin Island NY and ,more....
Lil Suzy will be representing on that night!!!!!Along with other Freestyle Greats (you know how we do!)

When's the last time you heard of a real-deal freestyle DJ show? Maybe 12 years ago? I am extremely excited about participating in this event and very grateful to Mario for organizing it. This isn't about "competition" or who's better than the next person, its about everyone coming together to have a good time and enjoy what we all love: FREESTYLE!!! Let's show the world what we got, so I expect to see you all at Club International next month!!! Oh yeah, and don't forget to cheer REALLY loud for me lol

What's up.
It's Damon Cain from Make Believe out here in San Jose,Ca. A good old fashioned FREESTYLE Dj Battle sounds real good! I've been spinning since 83' and still spin to this day as well as sing. I'm due for a battle. It's been a while. I have won several battle trophies throughout my many years of spinning. My first was in 1984 and the last one was in 1991. First prize was to Dj at the Palladium, so they flew me out to NY in Jan. of 1992 to spin with Dj Cassanova and Jellybean. It was a night to remember.
I finally got the chance to make a freestyle medley compilation mix. That was recently released as well.
Also, if you guys need another group on the bill, Myself and Danny would be more than happy to perform. We have a new cut coming out this month, so it would be good timing. I'm totally interested. So if you cats want some West Coast action then it's all good. Look no further.
Anyway, get back to me either way. Peace.

First off, thanks for all the emails and keep them coming!! I must admit, I tought alot of you guys where SHOOK!! but some of you guys proved me wrong! Now that my Freestyle Friday event is over I am concertrating on this Battle.
Questions: How does, Stylin' Free / Mertopolotian recording the event with the live adudience and putting it out sound? <--Just an idea in the brillant mind of Latif? Give us feed back!! I have put together a little package I will be sending those in the competition so email me at: madmobiledjs@hotmail.com with your fax number or address.
In the package you will find the rules and regulation along with the list of records you will be spinning from.
