I could not find anything relevant for "Claudia" only one artist in Discogs and I dont think this is the same singer for that portion in the mix tape.

Seems to be an "unpublished" track (bootleg). The song's lyrics are very similar to Felix's - Leave it all behind, swapping the "him" for "me". Also I think its funny that Felix also has a song called "Dont cry over me".
