Disappointing Music Videos

You hear a song on the radio or on a cd and then you see the video (after hearing just the song first) and you're like wtf???

Reason why I'm asking is cuz I got the new Destiny's Child cd a few months ago and listening to it I heard "Cater To You" and I was like wow if they release this what an amazing video it can be...then it was released and I saw the video and I was like :confused it has nothing to do with the song.

Anyone have any other songs that would fall in the same category

i'm surprised sonya usually destiny's child does rather entertaining videos

for me, i hoped for a very controversial video out of green day - american idiot - all i see is a washed-down flag?? i expected more considering the lyrics

most dance videos have NOTHING to do with the words, just watch anything from dj tiesto. yaaaaawn

True a lot of dance music is like that but it's not as mainstream so that could be why...

Another one although older now...American Life by Madonna I expected sooooooooooooo much more from her

Uhm.. I have a few songs that I think fall into the opposite category... Thats for sure... But one I thought was pretty interesting, and just horribly loooooooooong was R Kelly's (I think thats who it is) one about the guy who is having an affair with a woman and he ends up hiding in a closet when the womans husband comes home and then only to find out that the husband is also cheating on the wife, but that he is gay... that was a pretty gosh darn good one...
