I know it's early but what's for dinner? I'm working midnights so I cook early it's my lunch and dinner. I'm having rice/beans and pork chops in the oven. First time making them.

I just had lunch so dinner isn't on my mind right now but when I was home for lunch...my mom was cookin beef stew! 😀

your welcome hon and trust me it really good. It's bascially chicken stew but instead of boiling the hell out of the chicken or beef you brown a lil sugar, toss the meat in the pot with all of the veggies including extremly ripe tomatoes, close the cover and let it cook on low for about an 1/2 hr or so. Some people use tomatoe paste or sauce but the ripe tomatoes are just fine.

I'm having what ever is on the plane and since I have buy food, I guess dinner is a beer at the airport!
 
At my house tonight, it's lemon chicken and rice mixed with thyme, basil and peas and some lemon & butter broccoli.
