So I own a Dell Laptop right? Have you ever realized how much of a pain in the ass it is to make a payment to these people?

There is absolutly no link or way to make an online payment. So you are forced to do so via "Snail Mail".

A big ass Computer company as such and yet they lack the ability to receive online payments.
Here is the letter I sent them via there "Contact us" link.

I will be sending this out also via other Chat areas.

Why is making a payment here such a pain in the ass? Think about it? A huge company as yourself and we are still reduced to making payments via "Snail Mail" as opposed to online Credit/Bank Payment. And then, when I do make a payment, I get your very obnoxious phones call wondering where payment is yet it is in the mail.

I see a problem here that your company is Schlepping to fix. (Thats Dragging your feet".

A big ass Computer company as yourself, the latest in technology, yet last on the list for Online payments. Ummmm...HELLO!!!

Be advised, this will be sent to all my buddies who own and HATE using SNAIL MAIL TO MAKE PAYMENTS! CAN WE SAY,"ANTIQUATE"?

That isn't the point. The point is When I need to make a payment, You cant and what kills me as big as this company is, you'ld think they could shell out some HTML and JAVA script to make a page capable of receiving online payments.

Oh but they can make a $1300 dollar laptop though!!

Reber, i'm not really sure if you can make payments online. i know when i was late, i made a phone payment but it costs $10!
 
U can make online payments now....U used to not be able to but Dell had it set up a few months ago to accept online payments. Thats what I use now.
 
Dell sucks dick when it comes to the finance crap. I thank God I payed my new computer off immediately..I got hit with a $40 finance charge in a month! PHUCK YOU DELL! *gives the finger*
