there is nothing better than haivng my locas in my life, (Angie, Lamatrix, La MAs Grande, Nessa302, Krystal) these are the orignals but we have accumulated so many more locas along the way! and they each bring thier own aura into the mix. it's a beautiful thing.
 
aww mama I feel the same way too! I did my move to PA for the sake of salvaging my family and getting my kids in a better environment. leaving behind my sista whom I love to death. It bothers me that I can't go see her everyday. and although she calls me everyday I know she misses me too and she just need to hear my voice.
Not once did she try to change my mind even though her heart broke to see me go. But she knew it was for my kids. Bless her for unselfish heart. I love ya girl!

Naya we miss you too. and don't worry we don't nothin against ya. No matter where or how far we always gonna be there for ya!

I miss you more than you know hon but you did the right thing. One thing cf brought me were my loca's the orignals and the new ones. I love you all.
 
I can somewhat relate to what you're feeling. I don't know the whole story to your move but my mother made the decision around 96 to move from Michigan down here to VA so we would have a better life and not end up caught in the same cycle that my family has been in for generations. Things were ridiculous in our neighborhood by the time we left.

It's amazing how even your own family and close friends will put you down and turn their back on you because you make the choice to make something out of your life and for your children to be in an environment where they can flourish. Then if you were to talk to them they will be quick to tell you that you were the one who cut them off! Whatever man!!!!

You have to be strong enough to know you made the right decision and there is always a price to pay for wanting to have a life of excellence for you and your children. The peeps who are on the same level as you and who truly love you unconditionally are the only ones you really need around you when it comes down to it!
