I have a question. What quality would a girl/guy you don't know have to have in order for you to approach them regardless of anything superficial (aside from cleanliness). Example: You see a girl/guy in store, at first sight you wouldn't approach them. Too ugly/pretty/fat/skinny/poor/rich(if there is such a thing😉). What would be something that would catch your interest enough to make you go talk to that person?
