I just found out to day I will have to terminate 35 people before the Thanks Giving break, I have no problem of letting someone go if their work is not up to par, but just to keep a quota; this just kills me. I know most of them have plans for the holiday, it just sucks that this has to happen now. I'm writing this thread not for advise, but just to get this off my chest. At work I hold a LEVEL position and when I terminate some one I wonder when will it be my turn. my bosses have never shown any disappointment in my work, in retrospect I have saved the company 2.6 mil.. in this past year. But I think about those people I have to let go, some have been with the company for years. What consolation
