but since its a holiday they are playing more dance then freestyle right now. But as i am sure you have herd they are miami's new freestyle and dance station. They are gonna show huge love to freestyle. How are you hearing them through the net??? if so what is the website???

The stations website isnt up yet , but i got this address from another message board - hopefully this could work for you guys -

scroll down a bit & select the state of florida and look for the WTMI logo (it says classical music) click on that and listen to the station.
clubgirl - i heard them annouce themselves as a dance/freestyle station - i feel better now!!
do i see a freestyle concert in the future????

I have yet to hear a DJ but the commercials are funny. They actually say more music and less commercials than Power 96 (so far they aren't lying!)
"Florida's pure dance channel" All dance and they keep saying dance/freestyle station...won't this be a refreshing change to our radio choices. And please.....old and NEW freestyle. Waiting to hear some phone numbers to these guys.

actually they have advertise their number , so you can call and tell them what you think - it's a local number, next time i catch it, i'll post it.
this station is owned by COX RADIO, the same people who own PARTY 95 in ORLANDO.

Bassy - i've already contacted the SAFIRE offices to tell them about the station -
i don't know if the station has a copy of the single, but if they don't im sure SAFIRE's management would be more than happy to ship it to them.

you said it competition will hopefully remind commerical radio that 24/7 hip hop urban or pop top 40 is not the only music we can support.
it's up to all of us to have our VOICES heard...please support via the web and emails if we have a chance to get freestyle played. As soon as someone gets a phone number, we can call too.

I already spoke to Johnny O this morning and let him know about the station and i am seeing what information i can get for the station for email and see how we can make sure this continues the way we want it!!!!
