From a marketing stand point the best date is the weekend of the 14th. Here are some reasons. Freestyle represents love, friendship, turmoils and again love. That weekend is valentine's day. Also that weekend is a holiday weekend (President's Day) so maybe even the fans from a far would be interested in attending. Here is an idea. Saturday Old School and Sunday New School, one Ticket 2 shows and a whole lot of partying. Even the weekend after is a good weekend since it will allows for more promotions.

Sorry to those that was asking for the 7th I just wanted to offer a business perspective. Remember Freestyle is not only a genre anymore its a movement and we have to think strategically so that Freestyle over all old school and new school can benefit.

7th was also for the date 😉

There's already a show the weekend of the 14th that most of the CFer's will be attending which is why the 7th was suggested. 🙂
