OK can you people tell me why I am hearing that Safire and Lil Suzy are in the same category as far as singing? I mean I know there was a comparison thread out there, not taking away from any artist, but to hear someone say that one is not different from the other is just plain ole bullshit! this guy must be phucking losing his mind! the music is different, the styles are different the voices are definitely different! come one now, what do you people think?
they are both beautiful women, but that's as far as the comparison goes.
 
hell no he didn't!!! SAFIRE GOT HER OWN STYLE AND SHE SOUNDS DIFFERENT. LIL SUZY SOUNDS WAY DIFFERENT AND HER STYLE IS DIFFERENT TOO. i DON'T DISLIKE LIL SUZY ALTHOUGH SHE IS NOT ONE OF MY FAVORITE FREESTYLE ARTIST I STILL GIVE HER PROPS, I LOVE SAFIRE AND THAT GIRLS VOCALS ARE WAY OFF THE HOOK. Her voice is so unique and recognizable to me.

With my comment, I do not mean that others dont have unique/recognizable singing voices as well, its just she stands out to me when I hear her sing.
 
it wasn't a post lala.lol but something I heard. I am not trying to diss anyone as I know them both, although Safire is my girl and all. But let's at least state the truth. How can you regard yourself as someone involved in the music industry and say "I dont' see the difference? then you shouldn't be in the industry as far as I'm concerned. Anyway this was my opinion, and mine alone.

This person might as well bring out the Pine box and bury freestyle in it if he can not tell the difference.
 
There is a huge difference and I mean a HUGE difference, Safire got so much power in her voice and in no way can LIl Suzy compare its crazy to even go there. Safire has been in the industry for over 18yrs, she was there in the beginning of it all, has recieved awards was on countless talk shows. The woman is a living legend, has worked with and alongside some of the best producers etc etc. In no way am I hating on Lil Suzy but I am not going to lie like alot of people do and take away from one of the best vocalist out there overall not many artist have accomplished what Safire has to compare is crazy. People need to see everything and an artist for what they have done for this industry what they have achieved everything she has ever touched has been off the hook listen to the tracks laid down for each song. She gets mad respect and love from me the woman is an icon in my eye's. Safire is one of those rare artist that is dedicated to her craft how she presents herself everything is important to her and never can there be said anything bad about this legend because she has always carried herelf with the utmost respect. As I said I in no way want to take away from Lil Suzy but Safire is a a true Legend an artist to every extent of the word. Luv ya mama keep doing your thing cuz you the shiatttttt 😀

Thanks Smooth but whats real is real there are a lot of artist that dont get there props the recognition they deserve for all they have given to the industry she is like one of the founding mothers of FS that in itself is untouchable, shiat her vocals have been on various movie soundtracks, has done awsome remakes of some great songs, I am with my partnah on this 100% 😀

Ditto to everything you all said on the above: I can't imagine someone trying to compare the two.. if you want to pay for quality you pay for Safire.. (Not taking away from lil suzy) but, truth be known she(lil suzy) while beautiful and her music is more like britney to christina she's mostly eye candy for the fellas... Now Safire is Gorgeous (sorry if the spelling is wrong) the women is incredibly Gorgeous she puts on a hell of a damn show I tell ya.. She does this incredible thing with her voice before she starts her show's and then bangs the house down.. Lil Suzy wears a revealing outfit (not hating 🙂 ) and sings her lil two or three songs... I'm not trying to take away from her music but, I call what Safire does a craft, a tallent, a blessing ya know🙂As sexy said above Safire is a Legend... A Legend come on now.. Whoever lost their mind.. get it together mannnnnnn you are trippin,, From inception the girl's been on fire... Safire is the Shiiiiiiaaaaaattttt she has a mysterious quality about her that makes people want to know more.... Preach on CF lol I was so upset to hear that such a comment was made and it isnt even about pinning to artist against each other in comparison, its about acknowledging true greatness. I see it constantly where so many artist who deserve the air play, the recogniton, the respect dont get it and then there are others less talented that do get the rave reviews. FS is a tough industry to make it in to survive in and those that have made a mark such as legends like Safire, TKA shouldnt be judged soley on what there last record sounded on like or all the other BS that is critisized. It should always be about that mark that they made, the fact that if it wasnt for such legends present day FS artist wouldnt have had someone to look up to. Before anything there was Safire her last album the quality of the tracks off the hook if ya want to take it back to the beginning non stop hits from this women. I aint hating on no one on no artist because I know it is a struggle just to make it, but we always have to respect what got it all here and Safire paved the way for many. She is truly more then a woman, more then an artist she is a legend🙂
