Seeing as it's the holiday season, let's hear those embarrassing Christmas party stories/nightmares and did anyone manage to get themselves fired at the Company Christmas Party or end up sleeping with the boss.

I have had quite a few Company Christmas Parties. A few years back I was working at this prestigious Law firm in downtown San Diego and needless to say the party was off the hook. I figured it was going to be lame since it was for 4 hours in the afternoon, but the party had an open bar, great food, a sushi chef and the DJ, it was kicking. The party was over at 5:00Pm but the managing partner wasn't finished. He dragged a bunch of the people(20 or so) to the Grand Opening of the "W" Hotel San Diego where he put down the company credit card and the party continued. At that point you can see a bunch of the people starting to pair up with one another and then the Boss said "Let's go to the beach". He then carried the party to Pacific Beach, to a bar called the Beachcomber. I guess it was near his house so he didn't have to drive to far after that. At this point it's about 11:00 PM and the party is still on. You also had secretaries and attorney's hanging all over each other and I got together with this one girl that had been eyeing me in the office. They had a live band and all of a sudden this other paralegal dragged me out to dance and before you knew it IT WAS ON with her. We ended up shutting the place down at 2:00PM. When it was all said and done I ended up hanging all over these 2 chicks and there were 5 other couples that ended up sucking face in front of everyone.
The funny thing is the next Monday back at work, everyone was acting like if nothing happened. No one even talked about it. I ended up getting home at about 5:30 AM, just before the sun came up. It was a long day of drinking. Apparently that is how all the Christmas parties are at that firm. Unfortunately, I was only a contract employee there and I only attended that one party......
