Bistec Encebollado (steak with onions)

1 medium package of cubed steak
1 onion, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup of corn oil
1/2 cup of red wine vinegar
1/2 cup of water
1 packet of sazon
adobo to taste (add enough but not too much because then it would be toooooo salty)

in a pan add steak, oil, vinegar and water...add sazon and adobo...mix it together so that the steak is nicely seasoned....add onions...cover and cook...let it simmer until onion is soft and steak juices have reduced...I would say like 20 to 30 minutes...
